We are looking for a new talent to join our excellent team of Delivery Managers

Delivery Manager, FPx Delivery Line

As a Delivery Manager, you will be working at the heart of Fastems. You will get to see how sales cases are transformed into actual delivery projects. Daily, you will lead our customer deliveries in close contact with our sales and delivery organizations, as well as with our dealers and customers. Additionally, you will evaluate offers and plan delivery schedules for our productized offering. ERP is the main tool for planning and tracking the deliveries. No two days are alike while working with the delivery projects that are diverse, practical and challenging – you will really get to see the behind-the-scenes of various industries.

Job requirements

As a Delivery Manager, your main responsibility areas will be:

  • Delivery project leading of productized automation offering

  • Internal and external stakeholder communication

  • Managing personal delivery / project portfolio

  • Project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting

  • Mastering the delivery / project data in supporting information systems

To be successful in this position, you have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in engineering

  • A few years’ experience in similar positions, e.g. in project coordination/management

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work independently

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish skills. Other language skills, especially German, is seen as a great benefit

  • Ability to adopt new things in technical sector
