We are now looking for a People Specialist to strengthen our People & Culture team and to rock the world of manufacturing with us!
Fastems’ People & Culture team in Finland is looking for a People Specialist to manage diverse human resource-related tasks. In this position, you’ll get to work in the heart of Fastems’ most valuable asset: our people.
Key responsibilities:
Handle talent acquisition process globally including end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and recruitment system support.
Support employer branding initiatives to promote Fastems as an employer of choice. Handle co-operation with universities and other educational institutions.
Drive learning and development initiative implementation to enhance employee skills and career growth. Act as a key user for our LMS System Fastems Academy and coordinate Fastems training programs.
Support clear and engaging internal communication across the organization. Act as a key user for Intranet in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders.
Handle social sustainability tasks including reporting and participate in Fastems sustainability working group.
Act as a substitute for payroll contact in Finland and potential other countries during holiday periods.
Assist in the implementation and management of HR systems, projects, policies and procedures globally.
Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
Job requirements
This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently and precisely. Most of the daily work involves interacting with people, implementing various tasks, following processes, keeping close attention to details, problem-solving, and seeking information to complete the tasks.
This position requires some experience in recruitment and competence development. Experience in global organizations, internal communications and different HR systems is considered an asset. This job requires fluent Finnish and English skills. The support from other HR colleagues is self-evident; we work together as a team to ensure the best HR service possible.
We are seeking a proactive team player who has a great sense of humor. Your global team will consist of 7 HR-professionals with a passion for HR work.
