We are looking for a

Software Developer, Cloud

to join our growing cloud platform team. In this role, you will contribute to the product development and operational maintenance of our Cloud Platform, a part of our Digital Manufacturing offering. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions using modern cloud technologies, automation, and agile practices. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working with Azure, and contributing to innovative digital services, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Job requirements

It would be great to hear from you if you have following expertise and skills:

 

  • Experience of design, development, and operation cloud‑based applications and services on Microsoft Azure using technologies like Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or Angular

  • Awareness of the key technology areas including Azure Cloud, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

  • Experience in public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)

  • Experience of cloud‑native and relational databases (e.g. Cosmos DB and/or PostgreSQL)

  • Experience of agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices

  • Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and build trust with technical teams and stakeholders

  • Quality-mindset to ensure solutions follow security, performance, and reliability best practices

  • Fluent in English; Finnish and German are a plus

 

We considered an advantage following expertise:

 

  • Experience of building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and modern DevSecOps practices

  • Experience of development and maintenance of IoT solutions using .NET

  • Experience in data engineering and data analytics with platforms such as Databricks

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments as well as in developing and further improving KPI models, production performance calculations, and analytics solutions.

  • Experience implementing and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

  • Knowledge of container technology (e.g. Docker)
