We are looking for Project Specialist Trainee to join our excellent teams of PMO & FPx Delivery Management.
As a Project Specialist Trainee, you will be working at the heart of Fastems. You will be part of PMO (Project Management Office) and FPx Delivery Management teams where you will get to see how sales cases are transformed into actual delivery projects. PMO defines, implements and applies project management procedures, work instructions and reporting guidelines in projects whereas FPx Delivery Management-team leads Fastems’ automation offering delivery projects.
As a Project Specialist Trainee, your main responsibility areas will be:
Mastering the delivery / project data in supporting information systems – Preparing project schedule, budget and initial data according to sales documentation in ERP, Teams, PDM and other IT systems.
Facilitating internal project Delivery time- and checkpoint-meetings – Leading project-related meeting with internal stakeholders.
Project delivery internal development tasks – Developing project-related processes and tools according to continuous improvement needs.
Depending on need, substituting Delivery Managers and Process Specialists
Job requirements
To be successful in this position, you have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
Good facilitation and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work independently
Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish skills. Other language skills are seen as a great benefit
Ability to adopt efficiently ERP, PDM and other IT systems
Work permit in Finland
